Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Apparel that has been washed cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.  

To start a return, please contact us to let us know. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

While we hand-check every order to ensure that there are no damages, it's possible that we might miss something from time to time. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like nail polish and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on free promotional items, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a purchased item for one of a different size, please contact us so that we can process your return and secure a replacement of the appropriate size.

Since we limit our available stock in order to reduce waste, an exchange may not be possible in some cases. In the event that we are out of stock of a particular item, we will gladly contact you with comparable options of equal value. If we are unable to provide a suitable exchange, we will instead move forward with processing a refund, so long as the returned product meets the conditions above (undamaged, able to be returned, etc.). 


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
